EVENT INFORMATION

FACILITY RENTAL

● Rates based on a 4-hour event time. Each additional hour will be an additional fee.

● Outdoor Stage is available for ceremony use, bands, and/or other entertainment.

● Facility Rental Deposit will be required to secure your date.

● Event set-up is day of event, unless otherwise specified. Time frame to be determined.

FACILITY TABLES, SEATING, & LINENS

● Main Event Room includes 60”rounds, cabarets, as well as seating.

● If additional seating, tables, linens, tents, and other rentals are needed, West Line Event Coordinator will be here to assist you. This will require an additional fee, depending upon the amount of time incurred.

● Any additional items must be approved by West Line Event Coordinator.

ENTERTAINMENT, FACILITY EQUIPMENT, & ADDITIONAL RENTAL OPTIONS

CATERING

● Caterer must provide all food service items, including, but not limited to plates, napkins, and service trays.

● Caterer will be responsible for bussing and maintaining all food service.

● Caterer will be required to remove all food waste to on-site dumpster, with the exception of boiled crawfish.

EVENT INFORMATION

BAR SERVICE

● All beverages must be purchased and prepared by West Line personnel. No outside beverages can be brought into the facility or on the lawn. Guests will be counted at door.

● Host Packages are priced for 4-hour events.

● Cash Bar available upon request.

● If an outdoor bar is required, there will be a set-up fee and charge for additional staff.

STAFFING

● A point person will be on-site for all events.

● Bartenders are provided with Town & City Packages.

DECORATING POLICY

● No tape, putty, staples, or nails are allowed on any walls, mirrors, artwork, curtains, or woodwork.

● No real candles, confetti, rice, glitter, feathers, or fake snow will be allowed in the facility.

● A fee will be charged for sparkler exits.

CLIENT SET-UP AND TEAR-DOWN

Event times listed are for the actual event. Any agreed upon set-up or tear-down time is to be determined one week prior to event.

PARKING

Complimentary self-parking is available in West Line parking lot. No parking is allowed at any time in neighboring businesses lots, unless specific permission has been received.

SECURITY

Security personnel are required to be on site for the duration of the event where there are 150 or more guests. Security personnel will be secured by West Line Event Center.

PAYMENT

Checks should be made payable to West Line. A 4% Credit Card fee will be added to CC payments.
